If you’re gonna try this you should know two facts:
- I hate egg salad, hard boiled eggs, and any type of egg yolk; and,
- I have no idea what is used to make actual egg salad.
I just whipped this up one day and kept making it since.
Since I usually just toss all of this into a bowl, I have no idea about the actual measurements. However, I shall show a few pics as I… well… toss it all into the bowl.
Two hard boiled eggs yields about enough for one large sandwich…
Sprinkle in enough paprika to cover the eggs and bottom of bowl…
Drizzle in some mustard…
Somewhere around 3 to 5 splashes of Cholula Hot Sauce…
Grind in a dusting of sea salt over any area covered by paprika…
Use a knife & fork to chop everything…
Keep cutting & chopping until the chunks are small enough to mash with the fork…
Mix and mash with the tines of the fork…
That’s about it…
